Why do you spend so much time, money, and effort on you're website and drawing in customers... yet your customer service never answers, and it takes hours to grade a wager. My 4:30 PM wager on Portland was JUST graded 3 hours later, but was graded incorrectly. I tried to get into chat to get everything graded properly and they are not responding.
